Reception Opening Times:

Our reception is open 24 hours a day with a night porter operating between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am the following morning. If leaving before 7:00am we ask that all guests settle their bills the night before departure.

Room Facilities:

All rooms have full en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. We also offer a Room service menu and a laundry service. 

We also have colour televisions and DVD player, direct dial telephones, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Irons and ironing boards are also available so please feel free to ask at reception.

No Smoking Rooms:

Ladybird Lodge operates a full No Smoking policy throughout the hotel and restaurant. Smoking is allowed within The Ladybird Inn adjacent to the hotel.

Taxis:

If a taxi is required then please ask at reception.

Rosado's Restaurant:

The restaurant will be open every lunchtime (except Mondays) between 12:00pm – 2:00pm (last orders 1.45pm), and evenings (Tuesday to Saturday) between 6:00pm – 10.00pm (last orders 9.30pm). Sundays will be from 12:00pm – 3:00pm.

The Ladybird Inn:

This public house adjoins to the hotel and is open from 11:00am daily, 12:00pm on Sundays. The pub offers a wide selection of beers, lagers and spirits and also bar meals are available daily (except Sundays).

Families:

Family friendly rooms are available, cots and extra beds can be provided at request. Please make the hotel reception staff aware of your requirements when making your reservation.

Cancellation policy:

All room cancellations should be notified to the hotel before 12:00pm on the due date of arrival. In the event of a non-arrival, Ladybird Lodge reserves the right to charge the guest the full amount of their stay.

We also require any cancellations of group bookings with more than one room to be notified to the hotel 4 Weeks before arrival.

Alarm Calls:

If you would like an early morning call then please contact reception who will make the necessary arrangements.

Internet Connections:

A port is located on the wall near to the desk for computer connections.

Parking:

We remind you that whilst parking is free of charge for all hotel guests, your vehicle is parked at your own risk. We do provide a very secure environment with comprehensive CCTV coverage, however we do advise you not to leave valuables in your car.

Safe Deposits:

The management of Ladybird Lodge cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay, unless they are deposited within the hotel safe which is available at reception.
